Students return to school on Monday 25 May 2020
As students prepare to return to school full-time next week, here are a few reminders about what to bring:
- All remaining learning packs, with both completed and uncompleted work inside.
- Maths textbook (if they have one)
- Handwriting textbook (if they have one: Years 1-3 only)
- School dictionary (if they have one: Years 4-6 only)
- Home readers (if they have them)
- Library books (if they have them)
- School laptop (if they borrowed one from school)
- Personal equipment such as pencils, erasers and pens
- Lunch and snacks – the canteen will not be open until further notice.
- Students must have a personal water bottle to drink from. They are not permitted to drink from the bubblers for hygiene reasons.
If your child is unwell, please DO NOT send them to school. Enhanced first aid measures mean that if a child has symptoms such as a cough, sore throat or headache at school, we will ask you to come and take them home immediately. For this reason, it’s very important that we are able to contact you or your emergency contacts quickly, so please make sure that your details are updated and correct. If you have changed your phone number or your emergency contacts recently, please call the school office on 6679 5128 as soon as possible.
Please ensure that your child is in full school uniform. School jumpers and jackets are available from the uniform shop (including some in the second hand shop). Please call the school if you wish to purchase one. Please also ensure that your child has a school hat.
And finally, social distancing is still in place for adults which means we need you to drop off and pick up outside the school gates. Staff will be on hand to guide the children in and out of the school. You may come in to the school office if you need to.
We look forward to welcoming everyone back to the school on Monday 25 May.
